Privacy Policy

We ask that you please make any appointment cancellations or reschedules more than 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation or reschedule request occurs within 24 hours you agree to pay a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. If a cancellation or reschedule request occurs within 4 hours, you agree to pay a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services.

We want you to love your hair. After your appointment, we encourage you to rock your new look for about 7 days to allow time to style it yourself and get comfortable with your cut or color.

If after that time you feel something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we would be happy to make an adjustment. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of your original service.

Our goal is always to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair, and we are more than happy to make small refinements when needed.

All product purchases made in the salon are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on retail products once they have been purchased.

If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we are always happy to guide you and recommend what is best for your hair needs.
